Maybe they’ll issue ditch weed to the slackers when they’re in the concentration camps.
Most casual drinkers just drink to relax. To catch a buzz, in other words. Or maybe it’s the great taste.
At any rate, the country can longer afford Pot Prohibition, much like it could no longer afford Alcohol Prohibition. Money talks.
To keep the populace satiated you must give them something. They don’t have jobs, medical care is going, food will soon be out of a lab, all thats left is to keep them high.
That’s America 2014 for you... dope and homosex.
To be perfectly reflective of what a degenerate cesspool the country has become, the American flag should probably replace the stars-and-stripes with anuses and marijuana leaves. Obama’s America.
People are voting to repeal laws that we never got to vote for in the first place and they find this troublesome. What's going to happen to the poor DEA when state after state follows Colorado and Washington's lead and decriminalizes weed? Oh my, their budgets just might have to get cut.
We just can’t have adults deciding these things for themselves. Government control being the Conservative mantra, and all. But, hey, at least we’ve exposed that “Don’t Tread On Me” bullshit.
I say we give them what they want, and overturn Wickard v Filburn.
Drugs In Your Head : Foamy The Squirrel
A rant about drug users and some of their idiotic excuses for using them.

Dave’s not here.
We can easily afford pot prohibition. Just fine people instead of jail. If you are a user you pay $300 for the first offense and this increases for subsequent offenses. If you are a dealer you pay a $5000 fine but this rises depending on how much you possess when busted. Since marijuana is not addictive then people will quit using it rather than risk rising fines. Marijuana is for idiots in need of some education...a beer or two or wine or whiskey is the traditional intoxicant in this civilization
Adults should be free to do as they wish, even if they make choices that other people don’t agree with.
If you don’t agree with alcohol use, tobacco use, pot use, or hard drug use, than don’t use them.
I fully support any doper (pot, meth, coke, etc.) moving from Texas to Colorado or Washington to exercise there freedom.
As a fellow Texan, I agree wholeheartedly. Let the dopehead filth migrate the hell out of my state.
Overturning Wickard v Filburn would have ramifications well beyond pot prohibtion, and drug laws in general. Great swaths of federal bureaucracy would suddenly have no claim of constitutional authority.
Tax it all you want. The money will be used to hire Democrats for government jobs or to buy Democrat votes.
One of my main problems with legalizing it, is that it will be taxed. When the government and big business get money from pot, the will make the Zetas look like kindergarten. If it should be legalized, it should only be on the condition it is not taxed at all.
So an adult should be free to attack from me and rob me?
Always wondered why police don’t have a forensic field test to document marijuana levels the way they can check for alcohol intoxication.
