People are voting to repeal laws that we never got to vote for in the first place and they find this troublesome. What's going to happen to the poor DEA when state after state follows Colorado and Washington's lead and decriminalizes weed? Oh my, their budgets just might have to get cut.
We just can’t have adults deciding these things for themselves. Government control being the Conservative mantra, and all. But, hey, at least we’ve exposed that “Don’t Tread On Me” bullshit.

Leave all the other arguments aside, whether you are pro, or anti-prohibition. We should all be able to agree that laws the Federal government is enforcing need to actually be enacted lawfully, and fall within the lawful scope of the government. If they needed an amendment to prohibit alcohol, then they should have passed an amendment to prohibit other types of intoxicants as well.
