Anyone know if the Liberty Amendments address regulatory overreach?
I’m starting to think this is the only way out of this.

They gots their pants on the ground, for sure.
Shameless, answerable to no one..
Ruthless, and they all “WORK FOR YOU”.
It makes ya wonder.. How much longer?
What will be the precipitating event(s)?
That finally strike the collective crowd to say ‘No more’.

The Founding States had made the first numbered clauses in the Constitution, Sections 1-3 of Article I, evidently a good place to hide them from federal lawmakers, to clarify the following.
All federal legislative powers are vested in the elected members of Congress, not in the executive or judicial branches. So Congress has a constitutional monopoly on federal legislative powers whether it wants it or not.
So by unconstitutionally delegating federal regulatory powers to unelected executive branch bureaucrats like those running the IRS, corrupt Congress is wrongly protecting federal regulatory powers from wrath of the voters in blatant defiance of the statutes referenced above imo.

True. Holder being allowed to lie about fast and furious and then fade away for awhile and be used when Obama wants to has made it impossible to have a DOJ that will do it’s job. DOJ will not go against Obama.

The Tea Party gives the Republican establishment trouble, along with what it gives the Democrats?
Why should we expect the Republican party to ride to the rescue, then?
To: Tolerance Sucks Rocks
Why should we expect the Republican party to ride to the rescue, then? The stupid party could not rescue themselves from a paper bag. They are complicit in the communist take over. I know that American terrorist thinks 25 million Americans need to be killed off. I just wonder when THAT plan will be put into affect ?

I’m sure Boehner will be willing to make a compromise and have only 22 million of us killed off.
