If you said it was that everyone seemed to have forgotten the fact that it tends to snow around Christmas, thus skewing the data — an idea supported by the White House — you’d be wrong.
The real shocker was the continued deterioration in labor participation by those who should be in the prime of their working lives — young and middle-age males.
While the labor-force participation rate dipped to a 36-year low, the trend for middle-age males was even more worrisome.

Since a working father, like a stable marriage, is a key component of entry into and membership in the middle class, the Democrat war on the middle class must necessarily include a war on marriage and a war on fathers.

I’m a white guy. I don’t care who tries to attack me and diminish me.
Just the other day a coworker was recoiling at some offensive thing she saw (I didn’t say it or write it). I told her bluntly that there’s a problem with her taking some deep offense at something and advocating corrective action.
It was simply that she didn’t have the power or influence to tell people what they could or couldn’t say.
She can attack all she wants, but that’s not to say she is effective.
Black males are disproportionately employed by government. Given that public employment has slowed, this has dried up the primary opportunity for Black Males. Conversely, Black female have higher employment rates in the private sector. This is why female employment rates rebounded.
My group at work consist of 3 Viet ladies, a Chinese lady, a Portugese lady and myself.

Case and point, myself and 3 others were accused of some trumped up BS and we all had to set across for HR people and some others high ups...guess what? All were women, so the scene was very surreal, big conference table, 4 men on one side, 5 women on the other.
In the end, we made our case and turned it all back on one of the 3 accusers....
Going in, didn’t think we had a chance even if we were in the right. Gotta fight, can’t cave or cower.
Why should men be motivated to go to work if women are doing them?
Any time a traditionally male-dominated activity has women join it men eventually flee.
Now why is that?
