well, Nigel Farage's point of view is one extreme and the EC's point of view is another extreme.

I've spent a good deal of time listening to Nigel Farage...particularly the speeches he's made from the floor of the European Parliament (which are easily found on youtube).Farage is no more "extreme" than was Reagan or than is Governor Palin.

I'm talking of Nigel Farage's point of view on the matter of the EU centralization specifically. On that, he and the EC are diametrically opposite. F's pov is along the lines of "leave the EU" -- which sounds nice, but the EU also gives the UK a lot of benefits in the form of a common market.

The EC's pov is the opposite (and wrong)

What I believe is a happy middle -- as I said, a confederation, not a centralized union
