The woman now serving as New Jersey Governor Chris Christie's chief of staff was directly informed via email about the problematic lane closures on the George Washington Bridge within hours of the closures being reversed by a New York official. Regina Egea, a longtime staffer of Christie and the incoming chief of staff to the governor was forwarded an angry message from Patrick Foye, executive director of the Port Authority, regarding the closures on September 13. Foye's email called the closures 'a hasty and ill-advised decision' and in breach of 'federal law and laws in both states.'

Christie is finished as a national candidate. Clinton set the standard very low and Obama has been given a pass by the MSM in the IRS scandal and in just about everything. However the people still expect the Republicans to be the adults.

We are held to a higher standard because we have standards. If Christie was involved in this, then he should be held accountable even if Obama is never held accountable. Because Obama never will be. It is because there are too many RINO’s like Christie who are willing to hold Obama’s hand and kiss his.... ring.
Christie is a rank amateur at “taking revenge” and “punishing his enemies”, but then, he doesn’t have the IRS or the DOJ at his disposal.
