Education experts decried a new memo from the Departments of Justice and Education that instructs public schools throughout the country to cease punishing disruptive students if they fall into certain racial categories, such as black or Hispanic.
The letter, released on Wednesday, states that it is a violation of federal law for schools to punish certain races more than others, even if those punishments stem from completely neutral rules. For example, equal numbers of black students and white students should be punished for tardiness, even if black students are more often tardy than white students. Here is the relevant section of the letter:
“Schools also violate Federal law when they evenhandedly implement facially neutral policies and practices that, although not adopted with the intent to discriminate, nonetheless have an unjustified effect of discriminating against students on the basis of race. Examples of policies that can raise disparate impact concerns include policies that impose mandatory suspension, expulsion, or citation (e.g., ticketing or other fines or summonses) upon any student who commits a specified offense — such as being tardy to class, being in possession of a cellular phone, being found insubordinate, acting out, or not wearing the proper school uniform.” The Daily Caller asked several education experts to weigh in the letter’s recommendations; all three raised serious concerns about the ramifications of changing school disciplinary procedures to engineer equal outcomes across the races.
Joy Pullmann, managing editor of School Reform News, told TheDC that any notion of equal racial discipline is obviously flawed.

This is reflective of Holders attitude in general ,, and should be used in a suit of some kind against the DOJ , at the very least it should be used as a political club against the admin.. how absurd.

New rules: School Punishments are only for Asians and Whites. When blacks or Hispanics (or any mix of this good blood) do misdeeds, they are to be given Popsicles. And then find a white or Asian student to punish.
Don’t punish them, execute them.
If this brilliant new ObamaPlan works in schools it should be applied immediately to more serious crimes like rape and murder.
For example, once a Black or Hispanic murder or rape yearly quota is reached these crimes should not be punished for the remainder of the calendar year. Quotas will reset automatically on January 1st of each year.
Although increases in murders and rapes are likely the improvement in race relations will more than compensate.

Situation won’t change until responsibility swings back to parents. Kid does the crime and parent does the time.
However parenting responsibility was killed with Roe v Wade.
Parental responsibility starts at conception.
Anything else and you get what we see today, kids gone wild.
Each class should create a roster of white kids, and beat the living crap out of one of them every day. When the crackers have received their just punishment expel them, but only after they’ve run a gauntlet of happy, gentle, studious black kids. Schools that don’t have enough evil white kids can use Jews and orientals, or trouble making kids from India. `Beat them all until the black kids jump for joy.
This has been going on unofficially, for decades.
It all started with the “zero tolerance” policies for fighting or violence. In the old days, the instigator would be punished and the passive participant who defended himself would get a quick lecture and be sent back to class.
Now, they won’t objectively punish the person who initiated the fisticuffs. Even the defender is equally punished.
This was an end run on the “unequal” statistics showing minorities to be more violent.
Yes the USA actually elected these sick freaks. Twice.
This is sure to help race relations. Blacks apparently can’t be responsible citizens in Holder’s eyes so don’t even try.

In the first place there is no real discipline for kids now days. Back when I went to school swats were given as discipline. And you didn’t want the fact that you got swats getting back to your parents because double jeopardy was alive and well. Our class rooms were very well mannered. If you wanted to learn there were no distractions and if you didn’t you were probably the oldest kid in your class the next year.
If there is anyone in the administration of Obama more radical than he is, its Eric Holder. A complete racist, hard core Marxist radical determined to keep knee grows out of jail and trouble at all costs, regardless of their actions. He couldnt care less about how black kids act in school, how disruptive they are, how violent they are, they can not be disciplined except when whites and Asians are as well. School integration is the second worst mistake we ever made in this country, next to bringing Africans to this country in the first place. The latter will eventually destroy this country.

They should rename all those streets. If they don’t believe in his dream, stop worshiping him. They are not happy with content of their character. It is only about skin color.
