Guess I got told! Ha!
Yea...I liked that movie very much...and the way it was told as a story...the ending wasn’t so hot...but the way it was all brought together was excellent.
It’s about 2:30 am here....I’m so off these days...after Christmas Zoo and then Jan. inventory it takes me weeks to get back to any resemblance of normal hours for sleep etc. The body gets confused I think....doesn’t know when to get tired or wake up!
Not at all! You are essential. The great music can't be spread without you poking a toe out and inviting everyone into the water!
That whole album was great.
Just thought of a song my sister and her friends played during her era....I was the tag along younger sister...who her friends would always tell me my mother was calling me, to get rid of me! Ha!
“Born too Late”....

Slim Whitman.....nice! d:o)
Oh my gosh...how I love the oldies era!...I get linked to a you tube song someone links and get ‘lost in the oldies every time!”
“There’s A moon Out Tonight”

....I’m more on the desolation bandwagon nominally......
Rotflol..Reminds me of “Shrieks” Kingdom....I suppose it’s good if you’re in the listening mode more than a dancer. But for me..I love to dance and oldies can always make folks want to rise and hit the dance floor!...or bury their hearts on someone shoulder....

Once more I’m hooked on the oldies...my gosh they take you back in time when falling in lovetook enough time to enjoy all the moments before as it happened...and these songs moved your emotions so much...spoke so much....
“Unchained Melody” - Righteous Brothers

I listened to the words in that song Kathy....wouldn’t it be a wonderful thing if the unwed mothers today could have enough sense to wait for a man who could sing that song to them?
I never noted before that he mentions she could have swept it away but didn’t....This could be sung in our time.
I may be a lover but I ain’t no dancer
