I appreciate your thoughtfulness -- this is a difficult time. When I went to help him, I cleaned up his basement and sorted through the many items, deciding what to keep and what to toss, then got rolls of paper towel, bottles of isopropyl alcohol and 409 sprayers, and cleaned up several boxes of different items. Cleaned floor and wirebrushed cellar walls. The washer and dryer were already removed and junked, but I replaced the sink and faucets. There were a lo of other things to deal with, and his mother (my ex-wife) had been there for a couple of months to help and cook for him (bless her soul). He is still not completely well, though I was able to leave in early October to tend to my own property.
Thanks --
