I made a vow many years ago that I will NEVER eat anything with the words “veeta” or “whiz” within it’s name...
Last weekend was one of my lasagna weekends, which I do every five years or so.
5 lbs Ricotta, 4 lbs mozzarella, 5 lbs Italian sausage, olive oil, peppers, onions, all the good stuff.
Cooked six trays of Saturday, turned around did another four on Tuesday.
EVERYTHING fresh and cooked from scratch. (Well, it was store bought noodles).
Everything in it but the kitchen sink or anything at all with the word “Kraft” on it!
