Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES come within 10 feet of someone you do not know ^for any reason^ in an urban setting.

Avoid conversation with any urban person, regardless of skin color. Additionally, do not engage in ANY conversation with ANY urban youth you are not familiar with. Do not allow them to make physical contact!

If you are in the proper jurisdiction, provide a verbal report of your 2A status to any “unknown” you encounter; “I have a weapons permit!”

I'd go one further: if, for some reason I'm out alone and I see any individual(s) approaching that I do not know whom I may suspect of potential violence, I ensure that any of my clothing that may impede a clean draw of my concealed handgun is moved out of the way and I select potential aimpoints.

Be polite to everyone you meet - and have a plan to kill every one of them.
