Did the United Methodist Church, in particular the Wash. D.C. Headquarters / social justice wing, say anything, or get involved in any way?

The bottom line is you will think as they want you to think or you will be dealt with. If any of you have children in the military, try to get them out.
The way I read this is that they will review remaining material to ensure that it all consistently lists Catholics and Evangelical Christians as extremists, equally.

I’m still offended: we Orthodox Christians are much more extreme than either the protestant evangelicals or the Latins, and we don’t get mentioned.
