Good one vet, in fact, didn’t we fight the British despite them having the actual Naval Power both in the American Revolution and the War of 1812? Didn’t the British possess more of that heavy artillery? I thought so, but I think Afghanistan is a better example. The Taliban has IEDs and old Russian AK Rifles, but they still have a will to fight despite being the targets of U.S. Superior Firepower for 12 years. If the Taliban can hurt by attrition, so, possibly, could some American determined fighters.

Many of their weapons were hand-built by little boys in caves and in shanties in Pakistan. I watched a video several years ago on the subject.
