I along with Mark Levin supported Liz Cheney not out of conviction for her essential conservative nature but because the seat was being wasted. Enzi was a placeholder who, apart from blowing the whistle on Obamacare, wasted a valuable Senate seat. There was no need for a senator from Wyoming to go along with the establishment-the state was utterly safe for conservatives. Cheney at least promised to raise some hell.

Levin supported Hatch too.
He regrets that decision greatly.

instead of going after a Democrat, she went after a Republican with a 90-plus conservative voting record. Total ego trip by an entitled aristocrat. Glad she was shamed out of the race before she diverted too much GOP campaign money from the effort to beat Democrat incumbents.

I love Mark Levin, but he was dead wrong with this endorsement, as he was (times 1000) with his insane Orrin Hatch endorsement, which he later regretted (but should have known better to begin with)

She’d have “raised some hell” on behalf the party establishment. The only thing “wrong” with Enzi was that he was in the little princesses precious little way to the halls of power.

Levin backed her cause he’s in bed with the neocon Cheneys and company. It’s sad so many people treat his endorsement like the mark of Christ.

Now she quits to head off an embarrassingly large defeat because the good people of Wyoming aren’t as dumb as she thought they were. I say HAHA.

If the state is utterly safe for conservatives, then why not support a conservative?

No she didn’t.

The idea that she was going to be some sort of “outsider” is laughable to anyone who has done their homework on Lizzy.

I just got a campaign mailer from her. Funny thing: There’s a pic of her with one of her kids... but no husband. Why?

Because when you start digging into who her husband is, you come to see she’s one half of one of the ultimate DC insider power couples. Her hubby has written some truly horrible legislation for the Congress to pass, including lots of the idiotic nonsense for the TSA and Homeland Insecurity.

From my perspective as a Wyoming resident and voter, my reaction is “good riddance to bad rubbish.”
