2%= 1% votes either sided. Just like 2012 and probably right at the end.
I’m not convinced it was that close, the Union did the counting, as long as they didn’t claim it failed when it really passed, the numbers are up to them.
They could have pulled 51-49 percent right out of their nose-hairs to make it sound as if it was way closer, after all, like most political types they need to justify their existence somehow!
