Executive orders are supposed to be used to organize the executive branch of government, they are not laws.

Executive orders are supposed to be used to organize the executive branch of government, they are not laws.

They are not Laws, in name only, they certainly have the effect of law and require a super majority of both houses to undo them. In effect they become Constitutional Amendments, which is much worse. Executive Orders can be undone with the stroke of a pen, by a sitting President.
