[T]he BSA, which is based in Irving, announced last week that it is raising annual membership dues from $15 to $24 per Scout a 60 percent increase beginning Jan. 1, 2014.
Chief Scout Executive Wayne Brock . . . and BSA staff did not mention how much revenue might be lost from the defection of conservative families that leave the organization because of recent membership changes that allow [homosexual] youth to be Scouts.
. . .
The BSA once boasted of five million members back in the 1950s when the United States population was about half of what it is today. BSA now claims 2.2 million members. And it will be interesting to see whether headquarters will openly acknowledge how many members remain after annual registration for 2014.

The kids will be brainwashed at school to join. They’ll be told to go home and tell their parents that if they don’t join they won’t have any friends. And the parents will cave because they don’t want to be seen as anti gay.
This is contrary to Scripture. If homosexuality is a sin, and Christ is not willing that anyone should perish, then God could not have created a homosexual. It’s clearly a learned and desired trait. But most Americans undoubtedly reject this premise.
Sorry, I misinterpreted your comment.
“If..
“I would...”
I didn’t ask what you would do if you were King of the World.
I asked what you WILL do in light of BSAs complete collapse in the face of the Gay Nazis.
Gay is now part of the BSA charter.
What now for people who know that is incompatible with the Scout Oath?
Specifically.
No. I was asked specifically ...>>OK, what is your plan to rescue the BSA?<<
I answered.
>>No. I was asked specifically ...>>OK, what is your plan to rescue the BSA?<<

That wasn’t a plan.
It was a wish list.
What is your PLAN?
what's not to love?
>>That wasnt a plan.

What is your PLAN?<<
Asked and answered and being presented to people who are very willing to listen, even if you aren’t.

You don’t know what a plan is, do you?
This world is what we make it. I’m not ceding anything to anybody. My boys will be raised to be men. Free and independent men.

Hey, it costs money to design new, fitted shorts and daring scarves!
I strongly supported the BSA my whole life. Especially when they were so under fire in recent years. But now I have nothing but utter contempt for them, for their cowardly embrace of perversion and deviancy. Utter contempt!! I spit on their whole organization.
You're wrong. They will leave in "Woodwork."
Why, yes. Yes, you should.
Only a minuscule number of homosexuals are born with disphoria from some hormonal imbalance; if it could be corrected medically, their activists stridently refuse to allow any research or discussion of ways to address homosexual ideation medically or psychologically.
A larger number were neglected or otherwise abused in childhood, including possible rape or sexual abuse, or bullied severely in school, or suffering from social alienation or clinical depression which they try to self-medicate with the adrenaline rushes from high-risk behaviors and from trumpeting their "rights" to commit such behaviors. And a third group are either uninterested in the adult responsibilities involved in childrearing with a member of the opposite sex who has an equally ironclad legal and moral claim on the child; or they have reached puberty in a state of amorality from weak or absent moral requirements in their homes, and are focused on pleasure as a way to fill a spiritual void.
it’s okay, gays have a higher average income, they can afford it..
as a kid I was in the scouts.
NO way I’d have a son or grandson join today.
It's called Trail Life USA. See Freeper Thread
Let it burn.
