If you want a fresh cup every time, it’s great. It’s perfect for my office when the client wants a cup of coffee. Quick and fresh every time. The coffee variety I’ve come to prefer, after a LOT of trial and error, is Folgers, believe it or not.

However, the coffee I make fresh ground in the Bunn is way better coffee. Sometimes I make the Bunn pot and if I want more more coffee later in the day, I’ll have a Keurig cup. I use both.

I like the Paul Newman MedIum Roast, Donut House series, and Chocolate Glazed Donut myself

When it comes to flavored coffees, I only go for the basics (amaretto, hazelnut, vanilla) and only from certain brewers that get the flavors right. But Folgers' vanilla biscotti is goooood.

This is why I’m still resisting, and becoming slightly irritated with friends and relatives who gasp, “You don’t have a Keurig yet?” We have a forty dollar Mr. Coffee machine which makes outstanding coffee. Between us, we drink almost a pot in the morning. Why would I go spend two hundred dollars and have to keep making a fresh cup every time I want one?

In the interest of open-mindedness, I am bookmarking the thread, though. ;)

Are you using tap water with your Folgers? I’ve found distilled water better to make coffee with.

Of course my tap water is mostly chlorine, yours may be better.

I have a Keurig. It is sitting in its box on the shelf in our garage. I just HAD to have one but after tasting the coffee and seeing the cost (which really is my number one objection) I bought the plastic reusable cups for it. I found out it was just as easy to make 1 cup in my regular coffee maker.
I also like the taste of real coffee better than the k cups.
