At least, in the Springfield VA ER where my daughter works, these patients were not “turned away”. Her coworkers are familiar with the ones mentioned. They were advised of their responsibility for treatment, were shocked to learn that their ObamaCare wasn’t “free”, and got up and walked out of the ER.

No insurance cards? Oops, just a little operational glitch. Someone forgot to write the program to print and mail the cards. But it’s a whole lot worse than that. I read very recently, and unless a miracle has occurred since last month, the billing and accounting programs haven’t been written yet either. This entire communist POS is about to come crashing down hard on the democrat idiots who forced it on us.

The more important thing here is just what kind of man would do this? What kind of man could appear so cavalier? He knew that January 2nd was D-Day for this plan to go into effect. He knew that. And where is he? He's as far away from Washington as you can be and still be in the country, with absolutely not a care in the world --
