When the takers go to the doc to take, they’ll not be taking. They’ll be paying the deductible for a few thousand $ worth. And that will piss them off. Unfortunately, the resulting riots will probably cause whatever political opposition there is to fully socialized single-payer medicine to crumble. Which is the intended effect.
