Round 1. Silva comes out with his hands high, showing respect for Weidman's power.
<snip>

Very graphic, like Joe Theismann’s leg break.
Dangit, where’s the edit button. I really “liked” Silva. I can’t relate though - it must be impossibly hard to be humble and gracious consistently for years when you’re the best in the world.
Always thought Silva was a arrogant piece of crap. Happy to see him end his career like this. Scumbag.
Ya, maybe I didn’t see it at first, but I was disgusted by his behavior in the previous fight against Weidman.
That was one flippity floppity leg kick.
I guess they don’t make legs like they used to.
Ow.
I wonder if anything Silva took after his first defeat affects bone density.
Whether you like him or not, your post is pitiful.
Hopefully, your career doesn’t end in a similar manner.
Because that would be sad.
He has more class than you.
I was watching this on twitter — lol
I didn’t know that a 140 character fight sequence was possible. Sehr gut!
He didn’t have a leg to stand on...
Completely agree. He is arrogant SOB
BWAHAHAHA. Ok. You must be Silvia’s mom. LOL
I guess that’s why Weidman was working on blocking leg kicks.
Nope I’m just a fan of MMA.
And you are a despicable jackass, sir.
Silva disgraced himself and MMA in his previous fight against Weidman. IMHO.
That`s his style.
He`s fought that style in every one of his fights. Hands down to block take downs, quick head movement to avoid punches, quick counter punches, leans against cage to prop himself up against takedown attempts
Age caught him, not Weidman. He`s 38. No matter how hard you train you lose a step in quickness and reaction time.
Weidman will never be a Silva.
That said, did anyone see the cat fight ? Ufft~ Looked a step above two drunk girls outside a bar going at it.
