I don’t think I understand your question. At one time, I was a soldier. I was never a cop. Why is that relevant? Again, I am not sure I follow what you are saying or asking.

I was also a soldier for awhile, but I don’t presume I know much about being a police officer.

Each of these cases stand on their own. Sometimes the police make bad decisions, in the seconds they have to respond.

And more often they handle matters, perfectly.

The same is true for all fallible humans.
