There has never been one.
Commercial radio depends upon listeners who buy the advertisers products. Consider the audience for liberal radio.
All the “liberal radio stars” are on television. That’s what killed the liberal radio star.
In radio, you can’t fake the numbers.
If you don’t get an audience, you will fail. And there are just not that many true believer liberals out there, so it is hard to build a large audience.
The same thing is happening in TV news, but in slow motion.
Modern liberalism is built on lies, but you can’t lie about the numbers. Math wins in the end, especially on the radio.

Not true- Father Coughlin was popular.
I used to listen to Air America from time to time, strictly for a laugh. I used to travel in my business and I’d be in a new city and eventually dial in to some nincompoop embarrassing him/her self either with a ridiculously biased liberal position on a subject supported solely by emotion, or doing something humorous that would only be funny to someone in or around the 7th grade. In EVERY single case, I’d tuned into the local AirAmerica affiliate. It was laughable.
Their problem is that their circle jerk isn’t as big as they think it is.
Could it be”Lack Of Listenership”???????????????????
