Why isn’t Governor Herbert simply nullifying the ruling, asserting state privilege, and ordering ALL clerks to deny SSM licenses? I’d like to see this jerkoff Obozo appointee TRY and hold the entire State of Utah in contempt of his tiny bench. He would simply lose. Don’t bother appealing. NULLIFY and assert the 10th Amendment NOW!

Totally agree. The time for “going through the process” is over. If I was Governor, I would have done exactly as you stated.
