How is this not against the original tenents of the Tournament of Roses Parade? What is it now, the Tournament of Fairies Parade. This is a political message and should NOT be allowed at this non political event. I hope that float hits a land mine.

Looking back over the Grand Marshals list I see John Wayne, Walt Disney, a host of astronauts, Shirley Temple, Jimmy Stewart. Next year maybe they will resurrect Liberace.
