State police have charged a western Pennsylvania woman with putting child pornography on a computer in an unsuccessful effort to frame her estranged husband.
Online court records don't list an attorney for 42-year-old Meri Jane Woods, of Cherry Hill Township, who also doesn't have a listed phone.

And all too often the DA will make you an "offer you can't refuse" in cases like this; plead guilty, serve a couple of years and register as a sex offender for life or risk a jury trial and face decades behind bars.
I never cease to be amazed at how evil someone can act towards someone whom they once claimed to have loved.
I knew it was a stacked deck out there, but your perspectives are disturbing...I have no such concerns, as my wife is a solid Christian woman. Even so; I have seen HER attacked by other women here in Red Hampshire. Nasty harpies...nasty.
Yes and mucho dittoes.
Well said. We're at 24 years. There is no other explanation.

The first day my business got desktops in the 1990’s someone slipped into somebody else’s office and sent an insulting email to another as a “joke.”
We used to go into offices with unsecured systems and send an email to the unit from the individual explaining that they had so much fun in COMPUSEC/Information Protection training that they were going to attend again.
If the “ROMADs” found one of their collegues left their computer open they would send an internal “gay” email to the TACP community.
Fun days in the ASOS.
I’m glad that they are throwing the book at this woman.
To me these cases make me grateful for our system of justice, because while it doesn’t always work perfectly, it beats vigilante justice. Remember this the next time you hear somebody griping about “technicalities”. If it were them or one of their loved ones in jail or on the verge of having their life ruined for something they didnt do, they’re become a civil libertarian in a hurry.(I have been sexually assaulted myself BTW)
I agree that it’s sad that this stuff makes people(read men) down on marriage. But people are resilient.
Remember the daycare child abuse witch hunts of the 80s and early 90s? Recently Bob Perez, one of the people responsible for a child abuse witch hunt in WenatcheeWA died. I tried to post it on FR but as usual was not successful because FR wouldn’t accept any categories or keywords. I don’t know how anybody posts anything on here. Any way, maybe it’s for the best, because it seems that Perez still has a lot of defenders. I guess you had to know the man because to me the way he handled that Wenatchee case was an abuse of power and downright evil. I’m talking Nifong here. Dorothy Rabinowitz has written a lot about these in the Wall Street Journal.
Think twice before you ruin somebody’s life.
I worked with a girl in Montana who got prosecuted for a false domestic abuse accusation against her husband. Even her own mother wouldn’t back her up!
There are a lot of guys in jail, or sleeping in gutters at night who were falsely accused. The man has no recourse, no defense. He is always wrong. The woman is always right.
Listen up. The woman MUST pay the same penalty that the man would have paid for this. Nothing less. Obviously this won’t happen, thanks to the militant fang-tooth feminazis.
If you took remote access on it and visited porn websites it could be done. Many different ways it could be accomplished...

Where in NH? I am workign in Merrimac right now (Nashua area)
Certainly the NSA can do it.
Think about it. How does your computer know you are there? It doesn’t. It only knows that the right password was entered.
The NSA can turn on your computer camera, can search your computer memory, can read what they want. If they can read your password, they can write. If they can write, they can load. They can update time stamps at will.
And they will be good enough that they will be able to convince any prosecutor in the country (as the prosecutors are always interested in an easy conviction of the ‘right people’.
Sounds familiar but I don't know what it is off hand. Care to elaborate?
A local psychologist who is a very nice lady ran against her and beat her in the primary, IIRC.
