Phil Robertson has spoken out for the first time since his homophobic comments in a magazine interview went public and refused to go back on his controversial remarks, saying: I will not give or back off from my path.
The Duck Dynasty patriarch led a small Bible study group in his home town church in West Monroe, Louisiana on Sunday, granting MailOnline exclusive access.
Robertson replied: I didnt think much of it at all, but it seems a lot of other people did.
And at the end of the session he led a defiant prayer, which included the words, I will not give or back off from my path because you conquered death, Father, so we are not worried about all the repercussions...

(Does anyone else get a feeling of watching a prophet like Isaiah or John the Baptist?)
I hope this guy burns the homo loving A&E to the ground, and whatever homo is dumb enough to get caught in the crossfire.
GO PHIL GO..I love a man who sticks up for his beliefs and doesn’t allow the homo crowd to bring him down. I hope that Duck Dynasty goes to another network, screw A&E they dug their own graves bowing down to the leftist thugs
Phil Robertson wasn’t saying any more than what God says in the Bible. See this one section in Romans 1 ...
16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.
17 For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, The just shall live by faith.
18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness,
19 because what may be known of God is manifest in them, for God has shown it to them.
20 For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse,
21 because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened.
22 Professing to be wise, they became fools,
23 and changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like corruptible manand birds and four-footed animals and creeping things.
24 Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness, in the lusts of their hearts, to dishonor their bodies among themselves,
25 who exchanged the truth of God for the lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.
26 For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature.
27 Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due.
28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting;
29 being filled with all unrighteousness, sexual immorality, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, evil-mindedness; they are whisperers,
30 backbiters, haters of God, violent, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,
31 undiscerning, untrustworthy, unloving, unforgiving, unmerciful;
32 who, knowing the righteous judgment of God, that those who practice such things are deserving of death, not only do the same but also approve of those who practice them.
THAT would certainly be “dynamite” to LGBT-types ... :-) ...
Im sure they are foaming at the mouth at this part ...

All this political correctness in this world gets tiresome after a while.
So we see, in the case of Duck Dynasty, Paula Deen, and Chick Fill A, these people and organizations are targeted for destruction by the liberals. They aren’t just criticized, they are targets of boycotts, get fired from TV shows, find that book deals with publishers are cancelled, etc.
I think part of the reaction we see in “middle America” is due to the knee jerk political correctness we saw from the liberals in cases such as these.
Did execs at A & E even read the article? Or did they just react because the homophile organization G.L.A.A.D. was pissed off????
Does everyone remember all the lawsuits filed against Chick Fill A due to their discrimination against homosexuals? What, there weren’t any, you say? That’s because that company doesn’t discriminate. The liberals were pissed off in that case because the owner of the company had the audacity to say he believes marriage is a man and a woman.
Paula Deen said the dreaded “N” word, a word so vile we’re not supposed to even say it or write it out. But wait, why are blacks allowed to say such an evil word? Why do rap singers include that word in their lyrics, if this is the most verboten word of all????
I think people are sick to death of political correctness, and having to kowtow to the liberals who enforce politically correct thought on society.
It did not come up in the search.
Georgia sheriff cuts ties with A&E over Phil Robertson of ‘Duck Dynasty’ flap (Mark Levin posted this on Twitter tonight)

That was enough right there.
Next!
What homophobic comment? I think people with a phobia are afraid of something. Don’t believe Phil is afraid of much. Ever been deep in those swamps? Now that can be scary.
Scouts Out! Cavalry Ho!
Notice how the article’s author repeatedly calls Phil homophobic. The fact is that this all started because he is not afraid of homosexuals at all.
I’ve been noticing a trend.
Conservatives are automatically considered “racist.”
Christians are automatically considered “homophobic.”
From now on, I will make a point to expose their own bigotry.
Thank All Mighty Jesus that Cracker Barrel felt the need to weigh in.
Like a voice crying in the wilderness?
Yes, I had the same thoughts. It began when I started to read some comments of people spouting off their ignorance of the culture when the NT was written. Somehow they have no idea how absolutely depraved most of the cultures were at the time.
John the Baptist was really out of step with everyone, I imagine, with his camel-hair shirt and his diet of wild food. He kept nagging Herod about his relationship that went against OT law, and that angered his wife and she asked for John’s head on a platter. Herod was afraid to kill John at first because of his mob of supporters.
After John was killed, Jesus wanted to be alone and he rowed out to a quiet corner of the sea, but the crowds came and found him and he had compassion on them and healed them in the midst of his grief.
The crowds didn’t take out their anger on Herod, rather they turned to their trust in Jesus.
He prefers a vagina over a man’s hairy anus.
I don’t understand the problem other than a restaurant chain defending the anus part.
To be even more precise, this is the scripture Phil paraphrased.
I Corinthians 6
9 Or do you not know that wrongdoers will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor men who have sex with men
10 nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.
The next verse offers hope, which is one reason why we are not to judge others. This does not mean we cannot determine right from wrong, but we never know who will accept Christ’s gift of forgiveness so only God can determine who goes to heaven or hell. By the way, when Phil quoted this scripture, he was not saying he (Phil) was damning people to hell. He was quoting Paul’s words, inspired by God. Thus, Phil was quoting what GOD said.
Here’s the next verse, to which Phil alluded to today when he said Jesus could save homosexuals.
I cor. 6: 11 And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.
Gonna stand my ground,
won't be turned around
And I'll keep this world from draggin' me down
Gonna stand my ground
and I won't back down
anyone. homo, homo-apologist, homo-fascist, whatever. anyone on the wrong side. would hope they see their error and join us, but if not, let em go.

God does have a sense of humor. I wouldn’t put it past Him!
