And the next company that makes a mistake will know that admitting it and undoing it will have absolutely no benefit to them.

Once someone has chosen the other side, you will insure that they have absolutely no incentive nor any ability to rejoin your side.

No, your way let's them keep making stupid mistakes, and the only punishment, if noticed, is to apologize. Then everybody kisses and makes up. No harm, no foul to them or their bottom line. What did that show them? Nothing.

We want a change in the corporate culture, starting at the top, so that other diversity idiots at other companies think before they try something like this.

Their punishment was an abrupt drop in sales.

Your reward for them seeing the light is a permanent drop in sales.

Do you still punish your children for things they do after they’ve ‘fessed up, apologized, and made an effort to make it right?

How may years do you punish a 4 year old for spilling milk?

Does that change if they apologize, wipe it up and vow to be more careful in the future?

No?

REALLLLLLY sucks to be your kid...

Exactly. These companies need to discover there are a WHOLE LOT MORE folks out there than the “perpetually offended” PC crowd...folks that are ready, willing and able to crush their company should the company succumb to this PC crapola.
