We have Christ knocking on our very door and people are still talking like that. It is sad. There is an optimum approach, which must keep God’s work constantly in mind, and to try to make humans bear what Christ did is not godly. It is to exercise self-pride or, perhaps worse, to PROMOTE self-pride.
No, we go back when we know that they have changed. We know they have changed when their management is changed. Apologizing is nothing. They lost what 2 days of sales. Big deal. They need to be the example to other companies of how much clout we have and how we are fed up with the gays before anyone else ideology.
As one who enjoys the CB menu selections, I do not think the restaurant chain apologized out of conviction but out of desire for business sales.
