Comcast is terrible here, equipment is crap, online TV guide is unusable and heaven help you if you have to call them for any reason. They will tell you that they dont give a crap about you.
They actually cut my cable line while working on my neighbors cable then make me wait days for them to come look at it, then make me take the day off waiting for them.
Many times the technician went away leaving it broke, once even worse than when he got there.
My only conclusion is that they HATE their customers or they wouldnt hire such clueless arrogant robots.
I work for a much larger outfit than Comcast and other than being a customer I have no connection to Comcast whatsoever.
I wasn't sticking my tongue out at you. I was only trying to point out how geographic location can return much different Customer Service results from digital content providers.
