No one cooked the chicken. That was the problem. It had a crispy coating but wasn’t THOROUGHLY cooked. I had some severe intestinal trauma.

Since I posted about cooking the chicken I thought you were saying that cooking doesnt work. I limit how much food I eat out, dont like salt or MSG or poly-hom-fats.
I once got food poisoning symptoms not from chicken but from antchovies sitting out on a not so cold salad (bar) , for lunch.
I threw up from late afternoon ~ 4pm through night with a splitting headache too (very unpleasant) , yet by morning it was gone.
