But, as I said earlier, the ChiComs didn’t create the graphic or draw the target. So maybe in their minds the target did look like it was more towards Europe. It wouldn’t make any sense whatsoever that they would want to target Russia. The two are closer than they’ve ever been. They’ve been conducting joint military games since 2005. They’re coordinating their miltaries against us and our European allies. Plus they’ve been making such threats towards us. Check out the things I posted above. It’s all very logical. I would think that the department that can send a spacecraft to the moon could put a string on a globe and see that it was Moscow. Don't forget Hitler and Stalin, there is no honor among thieves.

But maybe it's just a picture that was meaningless.

Perhaps they meant to imply that “someone” (the US?) was a pending threat to nuke their comrades in Moscow? And that’s why they, with eventual Russian help, needed to set up missile bases there.
