I heard some guy yesterday calling Snowden a traitor...yada yada yada.

The fella indicated Snowden should have gone to his direct reports/superiors to express his concerns. If that did not give results, Snowden should have gone to his congressman and claimed whistleblower status.

Yea, right. I thunk to my-seff. Snowden would be Brietbarted if he'd taken that route and he damn well knew it.

I think Snowden did the American people a HUGE service. This gubbamint needs the big ol reset button.

Ya don't trample the rights of the people, shred the constitution to catch a few rag heads with underwear fireworks...come on.

I fully support Snowden. He will turn out someday to be an American hero against an out of control federal behemoth.

The thing that struck me so forcefully the first day I heard this, was that Snowden would have been able to see who was dirty or clean in all three branches of government. He DID NOT FIND ONE PERSON that would be clean and trustworthy at the top of the Executive, Judicial or Congressional branches. Sort of takes one’s breath away.
