I thought the subsidy was going directly to the insurance company. Then the question would be...what if someone gets the subsidy paid but doesn't pay their share? Insured or not? Insurance company money or not?

Surely the subsidies won’t be paid until the premium is.....oh, never mind.

So many questions. Absolutely no answers. Apparently none of these questions were ever asked when this bill was being written by only God knows who.
