Yep. FDR in 1932, but he was elected four times. Richard Nixon may not have actually lost in 1960 (possible stolen election), but he, Grover Cleveland (1892), Andrew Jackson (1832) and Thomas Jefferson (1804) were the only three to lose presidential elections, then come back and win later.
