The "Mall at Short Hills"... never "The Short Hills Mall"... is one of the most upscale malls I've ever visited (got family in Chatham).

Probably not alot of Range Rovers to jack on the streets of Newark and those that are are owned by armed thugs. If you want one its best to go outside the hood.
