Joe Scarborough made a point of mentioning that until today, his MSNBC show hadn't discussed the Obama selfie at the memorial service for Nelson Mandela. Morning Joe's way too highbrow for that kind of stuff, don't you know, particularly when it might reflect badly on Barack Obama.
But when the crew finally got around to it today, opinion from Joe to Mika to Ed Rendell to Thomas Roberts was unanimous: there was nothing to criticize. Mika made her point by seeking to snap a selfie with Scarborough, as Joe jokingly showed her the hand.

I liked when Morning Joe did the fake deaf hand signs to imitate that fake interpreter at mandingos funeral.
Mika indicated that was very disrepectful .
LOLO
Morning Joe thinks Obama selfie a big laugh. Ping to Today show list.
Dull witted Mika, giving Debbie Sergeant Schultz, Nancy Pelosi and Sheila Jackson Five a run for dumbest liberal woman award.
Of course Obama snapping a selfie at a state funeral doesn't compare with Obama destroying the best health care system the world has ever seen.
But it is a chilling indication that an adolescent punk with the emotional development of a 16 year old is in charge of the nuclear football.
Selfie? Ah, the wonders of 21st century English. I guess since few know how to spell anymore we need to further dumb down the language.
Morning Jo(k)e is still on the air?
Mika should snap a selfie of herself kissing Obama’s buttocks.
“... an adolescent punk with the emotional development of a 16 year old...”
Gotta disagree with you here. IMO his emotional development was stunted around 10-11 years old, pretty much when his mom shipped him off to granny toots/pops to deal with.
