I don't have a big problem with this. It presents a huge business opportunity for American-based producers to create an entire business model and marketing campaign around a "Our Chicken Ain't Made in China" "Made in the U.S.A." brand.
Well, that's for sure. Chicken is the main protein in our house. I don't know if we're going to be able to afford the upcharge, but I know we won't be eating Chinese chicken. It'll be like the good old days when we were first married - eggs, grilled cheese, soup, and peanut butter.
