The openly gay and publicly drunk victim could not give a statement because he was so intoxicated. So a lot of details are missing. There were witnesses and some photos which were not shared in the article which begs the question, why? If you have pics of the perps which are still at large, wouldn’t it be useful to disseminate them? Was it really so obvious these were not just Jews but Hasidic Jews? I guess without the pics it is hard to say.
