It was an arrogant Keyshawn Johnson who demanded 'gimme the damn ball"... and his impulse action and outlandish selfish demands lead nowhere but at least he could hold onto a pass and was productive in a limited way...
On December 15th, in front of 100,000 people, Barak Obama will praise Nelson Mandela BUT demand that he be given the baton formerly held by the departed South African Communist Party member....
Obama couldn't build a sand box if he was given all the components for free, and Obamacare is one complicated sandbox and its so broken there is no time for anyone involved in the enterprise to take time out for political theatre---but his ego demands he be present to deliver the Next "King" Speech
Millions of Americans, who PAID their own money for heathcare this year have lost their healthcare in 2014...Obama is the reason Twoweeks before the disaster begins ? South Africa...its his chance to create the "I have a dream" speech for the world's black nation...
Obama couldn't care about those suffering here in the USA and has an opportunity to project his image as the self selected "chosen one" to follow Mandela...

Another possibility is that the flags were lowered in memory of all those who will die because of ObamaCare, ya think?

Mandela was a communist terrorist with a murdering wife whose success ultimately turned South Africa into the usual African shithole where tyranny, crime, corruption, and injustice are rampant. Oh, and they also hate whites and are driving them out of the country so that is another big plus.
The only thing he hasn't been passed is a couple of decades in jail. Hopefully, he will inherit that as well.
