Quicken transferred several hundred people to Detroit. Same with JP Morgan, Ernst & Young and others.

Despite what the no info FReepers think they know, Detroit is becoming increasingly business friendly. In some respects, Detroit is probably one of the freest cities in the country. You can walk down any street in the city with an AR-15 slung across your back and it’s 100% legal.

I know. I have been thinking it would be fun to go back to Detroit.

I'm surprised. If I got transferred to there, I might live out in the rural area of Michigan (Orient Lake is nice according to my co-worker).

I hope Detroit makes a comeback. It would be a shame for it to FAIL.
