Detroit is becoming increasingly business friendly.

I'm surprised. If I got transferred to there, I might live out in the rural area of Michigan (Orient Lake is nice according to my co-worker).

I hope Detroit makes a comeback. It would be a shame for it to FAIL.

I’m usually not a fan of Anthony Bourdain but he really captured something about Detroit that is really hard to pin down without going there. (Very interesting what really happened to the Packard plant)

I encourage people to go to Detroit and get to know some folks. Obviously that doesn’t mean wandering the hood but you can get to know some good people sitting at the counter in a diner or neighborhood bar.
