My son worked there over the summer as an intern from West Point. He like it, but couldn’t tell us any details or he would have had to kill us.

When he called home during the stint I always asked him “if he was having fun trampling on our 4th amendment rights.” He chuckled but never responded.

Only in the USA is a 3,000 member agency with a $10 billion dollar budget (which number is horsesh*t, by the way) considered “small.” There are countries that have much smaller budgets and armies.
