Maybe it wasn't such a hot idea after all for President Barack Obama and congressional Democrats to embrace the "Obamacare" moniker for the Affordable Care Act, House Minority Whip Steny Hoyer mused Tuesday.
"Yeah, I wish I hadn't called it 'Obamacare' before, because that has politicized it and has been used by Republicans as a pejorative term," Hoyer, D-Md., said after a reporter noted Tuesday that he repeatedly called the health care law by its formal name. ....
"I don't know that we need to re-brand the Affordable Care Act," he said. "We do need to say it is the Affordable Care Act."

We need to gradually back off emphasizing Obama and give more emphasis to the Democrat party. Any issue they pick up, we respond with “just like you fixed healthcare “.
"That's just as big a lie and it doesn't tie the boss to it," he continued. "And anyway the boss told us 'if you like your name you can keep it.'"

Obamacare is like a tar baby they can't shake off, no matter how hard they try. The more they try, the more they become entangled in it. About all they can do is lie that, "it's the Republicans' fault!"
Don't know how they'll ever make that stick, seeing as how there isn't a single Republican fingerprint on it. The Dems own it, they know it, and it's scaring them to death. This thing has the potential to destroy their party and big government liberalism in one fell swoop.
Now THAT picture should be on posters everywhere with a the wording “ WE SHOVED IT DOWN YOUR THROAT, NOW SWALLOW IT!”

Affordable Care Act is even worse. Everybody is now making fun of that moniker because “affordable” is such a lie!
Obamacare should aka be called Democratcare/Demcare. Or maybe it should be Democrat/Demdon’tcare?

It’s funny . Obama said conservatives would stop calling it Obamacare once it began working.
“Obamacare” needs to be permanently branded on every Democrat’s forhead.
Maybe electing Steny Hoyer to any office was a bad idea. Well apart from the “maybe”.
