Impeached? He could massacre a troop of girl scouts on the White House lawn during the Easter Egg roll, butcher them, barbecue them and serve them to all the participants and he still wouldn’t be impeached. And if you criticized him about it, the press would say “it’s a black thing” and accuse you of being a racist tea bagging rethuglican for bringing it up while licking their fingers and asking Michelle what kind of spice rub they’re using and beg for more macaroni & cheese and a refill of their kool-aid.
That is when Martial Law will be invoked. (for Our safety of course)
NO NO NO....that’s exactly why the “Deal” was made so that the Iranians can “lose”a weapon, American city gets nuked, we are all told to “Shelter in Place”, Martial (Sharia) law is invoked, elections are suspended and Obama is El Presidente for life.
You know there is a good probability that several enemies of the US are weighing the odds of US retaliation in the light of any spectacular attack on us.
If there were a situation where a nuclear device was detonated by a lesser country, or say the Chinese launched a limited strike, and the President hesitated or declined to retaliate the nation would be at the precipice. I could see that situation degenerating into the Constitutionally inclined military trying to wrest him from office with him being backed by a social parasite militia...
Naah. Dear leader could nuke a few cities on his own and congress wouldn’t impeach. He has complete carte blanche to do whatever he wants. And he knows it.
