Soon after President Obama told the White House press corps he was solely responsible for the botched Obamacare rollout, he decided to shift part of the blame onto Republicans.
A mea culpa can be hard to deliver in public when you are the kind of politician who thinks he never makes mistakes and rarely if ever apologizes for anything that went wrong. Mr. Obamas apologies have a brief shelf life, and so a few days later, they had reached their expiration date.
At a gathering of business executives on Nov. 19, the president concluded that he had done enough groveling over his utterly false claim that if you like your health insurance policy, you can keep it and went on the political attack.
Somehow, he decided the Republicans in Congress were partly to blame for the bungled mess that he and his administration had created and that it wasnt all his fault. He also said the broken, online, sign-up system was in the process of being fixed and would be up and running at full throttle by the end of November. That doesnt seem to be the case entirely.
Then he turned on the Republicans with a vengeance. He suggested that their intransigent political opposition had inhibited the laws implementation. One of the problems weve had is one side of Capitol Hill is invested in its failure, he told the chief financial officers at The Wall Street Journal's CEO Council meeting in Washington last week.
He also suggested the Republicans ideological resistance to the idea of dealing with the uninsured and people with pre-existing conditions was also a factor in what went wrong.

Arrest them. In fact, arrest all of Congress.
Obama-— lazy, stupid, never accepting responsibility. One of the first things you teach your children is to accept responsibility
Old Joe Stalin did similar things.
Only, people got shot after he switched to blaming others.
This clown won’t take responsibility for anything except for what the Navy SEALs do. Everything else is either Bush’s fault, the Republicans’ fault or the TEA Party’s fault. What a slug.
One of the first things you teach your children is to accept responsibility.
In his household there was no father and his mother was looking out looking to date immigrants from foreign lands so where oh where does he learn responsibility?
That comes later.
No one can "inhibit" a law.
PLEASE, Pubbies ... frikkin' start nailing these guys !!!
If there had been any real men in that room they would have all gotten up and walked out.
It’s never a narcissists fault.
or thrown their shoes.
Same as Clinton, Obama grew up in a female dominated household. Dominated by his mother or grandmother
Hey, he took full responsibility for telling you it was somebody else’s fault - what more do you want?
OH, that would have been fantastic! And the world would have gotten the message. Every muslim in the world would have been complaining while at the same time admitting he’s a muslim.
it’s early yet...
Don't complain.
ObamaCare was passed with the explicit intent to fail and destroy the health care system as we know it and to take the economy down along with it.
The Obama Administration is too corrupt, lay and incompetent to implement the plan to pull this off and things are back firing on them.
This is a good thing.
Nobody believes Obama’s lies, support for ObamaCare is all about making sure those will be getting the freebies outnumber the poor schmucks who have to have their incomes drained to pay for this S**t sandwich.
This is the fundamental drawback of the whole web site concept and the primary reason it will fail whether it eventually ever works or does not work.
The moochers looking for freebies are too ignorant and lazy to sign in and navigate the web site to register to get their freebies - hence the “Navigators” paid to do it for them.
0blamo always the same-O!
the average foggy minded liberal on the street actually believes that Obama means well but the evil republicans wont let him do anything good
The liberal believes that every one of Obamas failures is the Republicans fault, not kidding, I get this from grown men at work in discussions about obamacare, when I ask "well what have the evil republicans blocked ", they dont have an answer but choose to believe it anyway
He’s pissed because the GOP won’t openly help him ruin the country.
