I used to live in East Cobb, Georgia...one of the most affluent places in Georgia. My family was there for generations, even before the Civil War.
I sometimes find myself in that area because my doctor is still there and my home bank branch is still there, but it is a wonder to behold the change in even 12 years. Inundated with immigrants, illegal and legal; inundated with Section 8 inhabitants, and faced with the growing unending realization that the million dollar homes and families, interspersed with low-life Section 8 inhabitants are bringing their standard of living down to the Obama Level.
The parents don't raise their kids to know better. The law can't control this problem, the law themselves are scared of these kids. Sad truth is once enough young blk males are shot dead playing this knockout game, it will lose it's aura.
We live in rural Alaska. Half the community is on welfare or disability or are Indians on the Govts teat. No crime what so ever; except alcohol related incidents with the Indians for the most part, not real crime. No young blk kids within 400 miles; that's the determining factor.
