I froze a lot of stuff (I'm using my car trunk temporarily for a second freezer). I even froze tomatoes...so I could throw a fresh one in soup. Awesome.
And I don't mind paying a little MORE at the market. I see their hands and know their backs ache. Can't wait till next year. They're a special kind of people.
