Barbra Streisand infuriated decorators with her demands in renovation of Malibu mansion
Gov. Cuomo is the People's choice, and lets brother Chris hear about it; Jon Voight won't be seeing grandkids on Thanksgiving
Barbra Streisands diva ways apparently extend from her performances to her palace. Sources tell Confidenti@l the Grammy Award-winner made ridiculous and patronizing demands on interior decorators who recently worked on her $100 million Malibu mansion. We have learned The Send in the Clowns singer allegedly behaved like one by constantly squabbling with workers over prices, refusing to eat while decorators were in her house, and barring workers from even looking at her.
They were told by a friend of hers, Now children, you cannot make eye contact with Babs. You know that she does not like that. Do not look at her while youre here, reveals our source. The design pros supposedly were outraged at being spoken to like schoolchildren and considered walking off the job. Our snitch says Streisand who Confidenti@l reported earlier this month collected a cool $2.3 million for singing just 10 tunes at a banking conference haggled over prices as if she were at a flea market. It was a chore to deal with her whining, and its not worth the time and effort because shes so stingy, claims our source. Barbra is extremely persnickety about every small detail and pattern, and shes a huge know-it-all to boot. She sees herself as an extraordinary design aficionado.

Ha! Yes, indeed.
Good lord. Is this what the hag looks like?
Babs tucks her dugs under her arms poolside, and voila: water-wings!
Hot stuff. Looks like she is experiencing the wonders of Meth.
....You dont bring me flowers....
Another annoying one! But I’ll admit that she does or did have talent. If I had owned an FM station during the 70s or 80s: “Coming up during the next few hours, we’ll play, without interruption, every Barbara Streisand song so get your reel-to-reel tape recorders ready!”
Not looking at this is no trouble at all.
Thought this was another picture of Babs.
I have seen pictures of her in National Enquirer. She is much uglier than she looks in the pictures posted here.
As of 2009, Babs had a 47 year recording career, which is impressive in length.
She is also apparently the #9 best-selling recording artist of all time, and the #1 female artist.
Not a fan myself, but she has had quite a career.

Bitch.
Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carter might too.
Don’t make eye contact; or else what? She’ll look at me? Oh well. Streisand is infamous for her vanity, tis true, but for some to say that she cannot sing, I tend to disagree. Even at her great age (for a public performer)of 71 or so years, Barbara still has the ability to impress and delight. True, I hate her politics and think she’s a vacuous tyrant, but also true that I can still hear her singing Bert Bacharach’s ‘People Who Need People’. That really is skillful entertainment.
LOLOL.
Could be!
Poor little barbra. She’s taking out her frustrations of the collapsing leftist agenda of THE FOREIGNER on the paid help. I can tell you what wouldn’t be affordable care if she ever had work done on that base speaker planted on the front of her grill.
Sometimes the small Blackberry screen makes browsing difficult.
Othertimes it provides the unexpected guffaw.
I read, “...ten songs at a barking contest.”
I'd consider that a blessing were I one of those workers.
I’ve discovered that playing a Streisand LP backwards both improves the sound quality & provides unintentional comedy as well.
Oops I forgot, there’s a label on the record jacket warning that it is to be played only at the correct speed & must be listened to in reverential silence.
Babbles’ looks are quickly going the way of Helen Thomas. Same cause, decades of ugly hatefulness within eventually makes its way to the surface.
