Reality won't matter. Millions of cancellations won't matter. Healthcare.gov won;t work and that won't matter either.
The only thing that will matter is Obama's edict: "You've had your fun telling bad Obamacare stories. It's time to change the narrative to focus on the positive".
The media will turn the opinion around by not reporting the bad and only reporting the sparse positives. Just watch. It's coming.

Republican strategists says ObamaCare “has the potential to be even more potent in 2014 than it was in 2010" (when Repubs took over the House) and that Democrats in competitive seats could see themselves washed out to sea.
Predictions are that the misguided law could get even worse for Democrats. “It’s like quicksand. It's sucking people in. And this is just one component. Just wait until the next piece of this law is rolled out,” strategists said.

On page 107 of the healthcare bill Obama facilitates Muslim triumphalism----the Muslim system of controlling non- Muslim populations who were conquered through jihad----including the TAXING of non-Muslims in exchange for Muslims having to tolerate the presence of infidels AND as a coercive means of converting those conquered to Islam.
ObamaCare allows the establishment of Dhimmitude and the Sharia Muslim diktat----Muslims are specifically exempted from the government mandate to purchase insurance, and also from the penalty tax for being uninsured. Islam considers insurance to be “gambling”, “risk-taking”, and “usury” and is thus banned. Muslims are specifically granted exemption based on their religious beliefs.
So Louis Farrakhan will have no such penalty and have 100% of his health insurance needs paid for by O/Care. Non-Muslims will be paying a tax to subsidize Muslims. And that is known as "Dhimmitude" facilitated by Obama/care.

Obama fooled "some of the people" enough that he won election by a margin of 4,982,296 votes in November 2012. Every month between now and November 2016, at least that many people will be getting some news about their health insurance or doctor or hospital, and it won't be good news.

No doubt the web site will be made functional and this terrible law will be implemented. When the soccer moms begin to realize that their heath premiums and the cost of a doctors visit has skyrocketed. That actual access to their physicians has diminished, then the full political ramifications will be apparent even to the dumbest Democrat.
